Built in 1891, The Burlington is on the National and State Historic Registers and true to its origins, is home to residents and small businesses. On the upper floors, you’ll find income-restricted studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and arched windows framing the Downtown Denver views. Kitchens include a granite-topped dining counter with dishwasher and electric stove. There’s on-site laundry and pets are allowed.

Downstairs, locally grown businesses include Lazo Empanadas, Whiskey Bar, and Flaunt Salon. You’re close to Coors Field Ballpark, Union Station, and a host of amazing restaurants, watering holes, and live music venues.
